But she is in LA and she is famous so instead she served 13 days in a private jail cell and three weeks in rehab, and she was released. Lindsay signed her rehab discharge papers on Tuesday early in the day and was out by evening. Lindsay's first moments of freedom were a telephone call made to her mother Dina. Oh crap, she called her? Look, if Michael Lohan wants Lindsay to start making more money for him to steal again he need to put a hit on Dina, like, yesterday. LOL... I am sure after over a month in jail and rehab without a fix, Lindsay Lohan look like a half death junkie suffering from withdrawal because she is too nasty looking to sell her ass to get money to buy more drugs.

Lindsay Lohan has been released from her court-ordered rehabilitation at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, the facility the troubled starlet has called home since beginning her treatment there August 2, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Lohan, 24, was sentenced by Judge Marsha Revel to serve 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days of rehab for probation violations stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction.
Well, that was quick. After the short stint in jail stupid me actually thought for a moment that she would at the very least do her full rehab sentence. She served 13 and 22 days, respectively. The

lost $2.3 million. Can we stop treating this bitch like the fucking President? Anyway, her newly found freedom might ot last too long.
People report:
A hearing is set for Wednesday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse before a new judge, Elden Fox, who may order additional out-patient care. As of now, Lohan also is subject to random drug and alcohol testing until the end of her probation term in August 2011, but those conditions could change at the hearing.
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been offered $1 million for her first post-rehab interview. Sources familiar with her treatment say Lindsay Lohan's UCLA medical bill was a whopping $40,000 a week. So she is going to need that money since she is essentially broke.
