A man with "2 big knifes" tried to break into Paris Hilton's house early this morning. Paris told police the man was banging on windows but never entered. Hilton saw the "armed and dangerous" man on security cameras and called the police. Law enforcement sources have confirmed off the record that a man was arrested at Hilton's home around 6:30 AM. He was hauled off to a local jail. The double-knife wielding assailant hero apparently tried to make his way into Paris Hilton's home to probably do the Lord's work only to discover she is rich and can afford things like security systems and cameras. And to discover the cops respond fast to wealthy people calling for help. I guess the mansion didn't tip him off to the fact that she is rich. Maybe he was there to audition as her personal chef. Cops arrived at Paris Hilton's L.A. area home this morning after she claims a man packing "2 big knifes" tried to break into her house ... this according to Paris' Twitter page.

Moments ago, Hilton posted this photo of cops at her home -- and included the following message: "So Scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes. Cops are here arresting him."

Law enforcement confirms that a man in his 40s was arrested at Hilton's home around 6:30 AM. He was hauled off to a local jail.

Paris told reporters that she woke up when she heard the suspect banging on her windows and her dogs barking loudly. The incident occurred at 6 a.m. when the suspect approached the actress' home, in the gated Mulholland Estates community. After banging on the door, the man was confronted by Hilton's boyfriend, who was inside the house. Radaronline report:

Hilton told us she was awakened by banging on the windows, and the dogs were barking loudly. Police confirmed to RadarOnline.com that a man in his 40s was being questioned in connection with the incident.

Paris Hilton told us exclusively, "What a scary sight to wake up to. I can't believe the knives he was carrying. Thank god the police arrived quickly."

The suspect was identified as Nathan Lee Parada, 31. He was booked on suspicion of attempted burglary for trying to enter Paris Hilton's Mulholland Estates home, said LAPD spokesman. According to Paris, this morning's incident was the first time she's ever had a man in handcuffs at her house who didn't cum at least twice. LOL... Defense lawyer Sarah Henderson made the allegation during opening arguments in the U.S. District Court trial of Allison Coss and Scott Sippola, even though the presiding judge last week ruled that testimony about whether the ER and Full House actor had an intimate relationship with Coss would not be allowed. Opening statements are not testimony and cannot be considered by jurors as evidence but allow attorneys to outline the case they will present.

Stamos, who attended the trial's opening day, declined comment to press but is expected to testify. Stamos had already separated from wife Rebecca Romijn and would finally divorce in 2005. That fact was agreed today by the defense attorney and Assistant U.S. Attorney Maarten Vermaat. Stamos was said to have met Coss and another girl at a club and bought Coss a drink even though he knew they she was underage. Stamos then invited them both to his room where there was allegedly a bag of cocaine and two strippers. Coss and her friends took a photo of Stamos bending over a table of coke.

Stamos and Coss later went to the bed where they made out. They then went to the hot tub where Stamos stripped naked and Coss stripped to her underwear. Stamos offered to perform oral sex on her but Coss said she declined. Stamos broke a bedpost in frustration but apologized. Afterward, they exchanged emails for the next few years "with regularity.' Later, a "Brian L" emailed John claiming he had photos of him doing blow off a stripper. That is when John called the FBI which eventually led to Allison and Scott’s arrest. Stamos contacted the FBI, Vermaat said. During testimony, two agents described a sting operation that ended with Coss and Sippola's arrest at K.I. Sawyer International Airport near Marquette, where an agent posing as a Stamos representative had promised to leave a bag of cash. People report:

The police said three years later, in January 2009, that the woman finally came forward and gave a statement about the alleged incident. "The case was not investigated any further because detectives concluded there was insufficient evidence to support the allegations," the police said Wednesday. Earlier this month, the woman came forward again and asked to amend her original statement. She provided a few more details and "also advised that she was going to take the case to the media," the police said. A spokesperson for the Gore family declined to comment Wednesday.

The Portland Police Bureau released a statement Wednesday addressing accusations made in 2006, saying the woman was called to Gore's room at Hotel Lucia in October of that year to give him a massage. The police statement came in response to a report earlier in the day in the National Enquirer. The woman was contacted by the police at the time but didn't followed up with any more information because she has struggled with the decision to come forward. She ultimately decided to do so in order to protect other women who might have experienced the same type of sexual abuse.

According to the police, a local attorney contacted investigators "and said he had a client that wanted to report an unwanted sexual contact by Mr. Gore." But the alleged victim declined to be interviewed by detectives and the attorney told the police months later "that they were pursuing civil litigation." Multnomah County District Attorney Michael D. Schrunk also confirmed the report Wednesday, saying his office was contacted by the police after the allegations were made.

In a taped January 2009 interview with cops, the 54 year-old woman, a licensed masseuse whose name has been redacted from police records, read from a lengthy prepared statement that detailed her alleged October 2006 encounter with Gore at the Hotel Lucia. … [The masseuse] approached Portland police and sought to memorialize her allegations against Gore, who she portrayed as a tipsy, handsy predator who forced her to drink Grand Marnier, pinned her to a bed, and forcibly French kissed her. The woman describes Gore as a man with a "violent temper as well as extremely dictatorial commanding attitude besides his Mr. Smiley Global Warming concern persona."
